VENUE & LOCATION
THE VENUE IS PART OF THE EXPO.
Thailand Advanced Technology Expo 2027 will be held in Bangkok in July 2027.
The exact venue will be announced no later than four months before the Expo.
We are deliberately taking the time to select the right venue rather than simply securing the cheapest available exhibition space.
WHY?
Because EXPO27 is not designed as a conventional exhibition where hundreds of booths are packed into a hall and visitors walk between rows.
The venue must allow us to build the Tech World properly — with technology zones, demonstrations, experiences, networking, entertainment, hospitality, visitor services and the space required to make the entire exhibition comfortable and easy to navigate.
WE ARE SELECTING FOR OUTCOME.
The decision will consider:
Capacity
Enough space for the exhibition, visitors and planned experiences.
Accessibility
Easy access for visitors and international exhibitors arriving in Bangkok.
Exhibition capability
The infrastructure required for large technology demonstrations, equipment, installations and custom booths.
Visitor experience
Comfortable movement, clear navigation, hospitality and sufficient space to make the Expo enjoyable rather than overcrowded.
Business environment
A setting appropriate for major companies, investors, executives and international participants.
The complete experience
The venue must allow the Expo to function as one connected environment — not simply a collection of exhibition booths.
NOT THE CHEAPEST. THE RIGHT ONE.
Siam Planner Co., Ltd. is not selecting a venue simply because it gives the organizer the lowest cost.
Our responsibility is to create the strongest possible environment for exhibitors, sponsors, partners and visitors.
A venue that saves money but damages the experience is not a saving.
THE TECH WORLD NEEDS SPACE.
The final layout will be developed around the Expo's concept and programme.
Technology sectors, demonstrations, networking, business matchmaking, visitor services, hospitality, entertainment and other experiences will be arranged as part of a coherent environment.
