ABOUT EXPO27
What is Thailand Advanced Technology Expo 2027?
Thailand Advanced Technology Expo 2027 — EXPO27.com — is a major technology exhibition in Bangkok bringing together technology companies, manufacturers, developers, innovators, investors, business leaders, professionals and the public.
The Expo covers advanced technology across multiple industries, including robotics, automation, industrial technology, AI, IT, digital technology, energy, power, security technology, smart systems and many other fields.
When is the Expo?
July 2027, Bangkok.
The exact exhibition dates will be announced once the final programme and venue arrangements are confirmed.
Where will the Expo be held?
Bangkok.
We are currently evaluating suitable venues capable of accommodating the scale, technology requirements, visitor experience and overall design of EXPO27.
The exact venue and location will be announced no later than four months before the Expo.
We are selecting the venue as part of the Expo's design — not simply looking for the cheapest available hall.
How many days is the Expo?
The public exhibition will run for four days.
Additional time is allocated before the opening for installation, testing, decoration and final preparation, with further arrangements after the exhibition for dismantling and close-out.
FOR EXHIBITORS
When can my company apply?
Applications are open now.
Early application is strongly recommended.
The earlier a company commits, the more opportunity there is to consider preferred positioning and to work with the company on its exhibition presentation.
Is there an early-booking advantage?
Yes.
Early applicants receive a 20% early rate on qualifying exhibition-space bookings and are considered earlier for preferred positioning.
Early commitment also gives us more time to develop the company's presentation, branding and requirements.
How many exhibitors are expected?
EXPO27 is being developed for 500+ exhibiting companies across its technology sectors and supporting exhibition environment.
The final number will depend on the selected venue, floor plan and approved applications.
What size booths are available?
Current standard exhibition spaces include:
3 m² · 6 m² · 9 m² · 18 m² · 36 m² · 54 m² · 72 m²
We also have premium Circle spaces, currently planned from 9 m² to 32 m², subject to the final exhibition design.
Larger or custom requirements can be discussed individually.
Are Circle spaces more expensive?
Yes.
Circle spaces are designed as premium, highly visible environments and are priced at a 60% premium over the equivalent standard space.
They are limited and will be allocated according to the final floor-plan design.
Can we have a custom booth?
Yes.
Companies can choose from standard, branded and fully custom exhibition environments.
Custom requirements can include special structures, demonstrations, meeting areas, graphics, lighting, furniture, technology installations and other presentation requirements.

Can international companies exhibit?
Yes.
International technology companies are welcome to apply.
Siam Planner Co., Ltd. can also assist participating international companies with relevant exhibition, accommodation, transport, meeting and local coordination requirements.
Do I have to be a technology company to exhibit?
Not necessarily.
Technology is the core of EXPO27, but applications are assessed individually.
We are interested in companies, products, services and experiences that add genuine value to the Expo and its visitors.
The objective is quality and usefulness, not simply filling available floor space.
How do I reserve a booth?
Submit the JOIN EXPO / EXHIBIT application.
After reviewing your company and requirements, we will discuss the appropriate space and arrangements.
Once the booking is agreed, the Exhibitor Agreement is completed and the required deposit is paid.
Is a deposit required?
Yes.
A deposit is required to secure an approved exhibition booking.
The exact deposit requirement and payment conditions are stated in the applicable booking documentation.
Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the Booking & Cancellation Terms and Exhibitor Agreement.
Do I have to travel to Thailand to sign?
No.
International exhibitors can complete the application, agreement and booking process remotely.
Electronic documentation and signatures can be used where appropriate.
THE AUDIENCE
How many visitors are you expecting?
EXPO27 is targeting a high-value audience of 50,000+ visitors, with the potential to exceed 100,000 as the Expo's public and international reach develops.
The objective is not simply a large number.
We are targeting business decision-makers, investors, technology professionals, manufacturers, procurement teams, developers, institutions, entrepreneurs, students and technology-focused members of the public.
How will you attract the audience?
A minimum of 10% of revenue generated through the Expo, including sponsorship revenue, is committed to audience development and promotion.
That funding supports the work required to attract, reach and develop the Expo audience.
As the Expo generates more revenue, the ability to invest in audience development increases.
Exhibitor success and audience strength are directly connected.
Will visitors be able to get guided tours?
Yes.
EXPO27 is being designed with guided visitor experiences, including tailored tours for groups with specific professional, investment, industry or technology interests.
Visitors will be able to discover relevant sectors and companies rather than simply walking through rows of booths.
Is EXPO27 only for business visitors?
No.
The Expo is designed to bring together business, professional and public audiences.
Technology companies need decision-makers and buyers, but technology also needs an audience.
That is why the Expo combines serious business activity with demonstrations, experiences, competitions, entertainment and other public-facing attractions.
THE EXPERIENCE
Is this a traditional exhibition?
No.
EXPO27 is being designed as a connected Tech World rather than a hall filled with identical booths.
Technology zones, live demonstrations, business matchmaking, investor activity, visitor services, hospitality, entertainment and other experiences are planned as part of one environment.
What happens besides the booths?
The programme can include:
Live technology demonstrations · Tech at Work · competitions · conferences · debates · networking · business matchmaking · investor activities · guided tours · community gatherings · technology education · entertainment · special experiences
Some activities will be scheduled in advance, while others will operate dynamically during the Expo.
Will there be food, coffee and other visitor services?
Yes.
Siam Planner is planning a substantial range of supporting experiences and services throughout the Expo, including food and beverage, coffee, tea, desserts, information, transport, accommodation assistance, banking/exchange, first aid, cleaning, personal services and other visitor conveniences.
These are designed to make the Expo a place where people can stay, explore and spend time, rather than simply arrive, walk around and leave.
Will there be entertainment?
Yes.
Entertainment can include live performances, comedy, magic, dance, music and other carefully managed experiences.
The aim is to make the Expo enjoyable for a major public audience while maintaining the professional environment expected by exhibitors and business visitors.
BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
Will there be business matchmaking?
Yes.
EXPO27 will provide dedicated opportunities for companies to meet potential customers, investors, distributors, partners and other businesses.
Business matchmaking can be arranged around interests, industries and objectives rather than relying entirely on chance encounters on the exhibition floor.
Will investors have dedicated opportunities?
Yes.
Investor-focused activities and areas are planned as part of the programme, allowing investors and companies seeking investment or strategic relationships to connect in a more focused environment.
Will the Expo continue after the four days?
Yes.
EXPO27 is being developed with a virtual exhibition experience in mind.
Participating exhibitors can have their presence represented online so that visitors around the world can continue exploring participating companies and their products or services after the physical exhibition.
Participation and production requirements will be confirmed separately with exhibitors.
SPONSORSHIP
Can companies sponsor EXPO27?
Yes.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies wanting visibility, association, experiences, technology demonstrations, programme involvement or other strategic exposure.
See SPONSOR for the available opportunities and application.
Where does sponsorship money go?
Sponsorship supports the development and operation of the Expo and its programme.
Importantly, 10%+ of Expo-generated revenue, including sponsorship revenue, is committed to audience development and promotion.
Sponsors therefore participate in an environment where part of the commercial success of the Expo is reinvested into building its audience.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Who organizes EXPO27?
Thailand Planner · Siam Planner Co., Ltd.
EXPO27 has been developed through years of strategic planning, event management, project management, creative development, technology research, programme development, visual development and production planning.
The project has been built as a complete exhibition ecosystem rather than as a simple space-selling exercise.
Why should we trust an Expo that has not happened before?
Because the value of the project does not begin on opening day.
The Expo's structure, technology-sector architecture, programme, visual identity, visitor experience, exhibitor services and digital ecosystem have already been extensively developed.
Companies are not being asked to help us invent the concept.
They are being invited to participate in what has already been built.
Why should we apply early?
Because waiting gives you fewer advantages.
Early applicants receive the 20% early rate, are considered earlier for preferred positioning and give the EXPO27 team more time to work with them on their presentation.
For companies wanting a strong position, early is better.
Is the venue already confirmed?
The exact venue has not yet been publicly announced.
This is deliberate.
We are selecting a venue according to the scale and requirements of EXPO27 rather than committing prematurely to a location simply to have a venue name on the website.
The venue will be announced no later than four months before the Expo.
READY?
What is the next step?
If your company is considering exhibiting, don't wait for the final venue announcement.
Submit your application now.
We can discuss your requirements, preferred space and participation before the final venue and floor plan are released.
