1. ORGANIZER
Thailand Advanced Technology Expo 2027 (“EXPO27”, the “Expo” or the “Event”) is organized by:

In these Terms, “Siam Planner”, “Thailand Planner”, “Organizer”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Siam Planner Co., Ltd., unless the context requires otherwise.
2. ABOUT EXPO27
Thailand Advanced Technology Expo 2027 is planned as a major technology exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand, in July 2027.
The Expo is being developed to bring together technology companies, manufacturers, developers, innovators, investors, professionals, institutions, business leaders and members of the public from Thailand and internationally.
The Expo is currently being developed with ambitious targets, including 500+ participating companies and an audience exceeding 50,000 visitors, with the potential to exceed 100,000.
These figures are development targets and projections, not guarantees of actual participation or attendance.
The exact venue and final event dates will be announced by the Organizer no later than four months before the exhibition, subject to final venue confirmation, availability, operational requirements and other relevant circumstances.
3. WEBSITE USE
By accessing EXPO27.com or using any related EXPO27 website functionality, you agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
-
use the website for unlawful purposes;
-
interfere with its operation or security;
-
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information;
-
reproduce or misuse website content without permission;
-
submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
-
impersonate another person or organization; or
-
use the website to distribute malicious software or harmful material.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, the Organizer or third parties.
4. EXHIBITOR & SPONSOR APPLICATIONS
Submitting an application, enquiry or expression of interest does not by itself create a confirmed booking, sponsorship agreement or right to participate.
Applications are reviewed by the Organizer.
The Organizer may consider, among other things:

relevance to the Expo;
-
suitability of the proposed products or services;
-
category balance;
-
technical requirements;
-
available space;
-
safety requirements;
-
exhibition design;
-
regulatory requirements; and
-
the overall quality and usefulness of the proposed participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to accept, decline or request further information regarding an application.
5. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A confirmed exhibitor or sponsor relationship is established only after the applicable application has been accepted and the required Booking Agreement or Sponsorship Agreement has been completed in accordance with the Organizer's procedures.
The specific agreement issued to an exhibitor or sponsor will govern the commercial relationship, including applicable prices, booth specifications, payment requirements, cancellation provisions, services and other participation conditions.
Where there is a conflict between these general website Terms and a specific signed agreement, the specific agreement will generally govern the relevant commercial matter.
6. EARLY PARTICIPATION RATES
The Organizer may offer special early participation rates, including a 20% early rate, for qualifying applications.
Early rates:

may be available only for a specified period;
-
are subject to availability;
-
may be subject to acceptance by the Organizer;
-
may apply only to specified booth or sponsorship options; and
-
may be withdrawn or changed by the Organizer for future applications.
Early applicants may also be considered earlier for preferred positioning, subject to the exhibition layout, category placement, technical requirements, accessibility, safety and availability.
Preferred positioning is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by the Organizer.
7. PRICES, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Published prices and commercial information are provided for the relevant participation period and may be updated by the Organizer.
Where a booking requires a deposit, the amount, payment deadline and applicable conditions will be stated in the relevant Booking Agreement or invoice.
A deposit does not create participation rights unless the booking has been accepted and confirmed by the Organizer.
Payments may be made using the payment method specified by the Organizer, which may include bank transfer or approved electronic payment services.
Any applicable taxes, duties, government charges or other legally required amounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant invoice or agreement.
8. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the circumstances and the specific Booking Agreement.
Where the Organizer is unable to deliver the contracted participation due to circumstances within the Organizer's responsibility, applicable payments will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Where an exhibitor or sponsor cancels its participation, any refund, deduction, cancellation charge or other financial consequence will be determined by the applicable Booking Agreement.
The Organizer will not be required to refund amounts that have already been properly committed to non-refundable third-party costs where the applicable agreement permits such recovery.
No refund entitlement should be assumed unless expressly provided under the applicable agreement.
9. BOOTH ALLOCATION & EXHIBITION DESIGN
EXPO27 is designed as an integrated exhibition environment rather than simply a collection of individual spaces.
Booth locations may therefore be determined according to:
-
exhibition zoning;
-
technology category;
-
visitor flow;
-
safety;
-
accessibility;
-
technical requirements;
-
demonstration requirements;
-
booth dimensions;
-
overall visual design; and
-
the best overall operation of the Expo.
The Organizer may make reasonable changes to the exhibition layout where required.
A particular location is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
10. VENUE & EVENT DETAILS
The Expo is planned for Bangkok in July 2027.
The Organizer is evaluating suitable venues based on capacity, accessibility, technical capability, visitor experience, exhibition design, operational requirements and overall suitability.
The final venue and exact dates will be announced once confirmed.
The Organizer may change venue arrangements, dates, operating hours, programme elements or other operational details where reasonably necessary.
Where a material change affects a confirmed exhibitor or sponsor, the applicable Booking or Sponsorship Agreement will determine the parties' respective rights and obligations.
11. EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Each exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that:

all information provided to the Organizer is accurate;
-
its products and services comply with applicable laws and regulations;
-
it has the necessary rights, licences and permissions for its products, demonstrations, content and materials;
-
its employees, contractors and representatives behave appropriately;
-
its activities do not create unreasonable risks to visitors, exhibitors or venue personnel;
-
its materials comply with applicable venue and safety requirements; and
-
it complies with the Organizer's operational and technical instructions.
The Organizer may require an exhibitor to modify, suspend or remove an activity, display or demonstration that creates a safety, legal, operational or reputational concern.
12. SPONSORSHIP
Sponsorship opportunities are subject to application, acceptance and availability.
Specific sponsorship benefits, branding, placement, promotional opportunities, hospitality and other deliverables will be established in the applicable Sponsorship Agreement.
General descriptions on the website do not constitute a guarantee that a particular sponsorship opportunity will remain available.
13. AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT
Siam Planner is committed to allocating more than 10% of net revenue generated by the Expo, after applicable taxes, toward audience development, marketing and promotional activities intended to increase awareness, visitor participation and opportunities for exhibitors, sponsors and partners.
This commitment is an Organizer-level commitment and does not represent a separate trust, escrow account or individually allocated advertising budget for any particular exhibitor or sponsor.
Audience development activities may include digital marketing, media, promotional campaigns, partnerships, communications, visitor acquisition and other appropriate activities.
14. VISITOR REGISTRATION
Visitors may initially register for the Expo without charge.
Registration does not guarantee admission where capacity, safety, security, venue requirements or other operational circumstances require restrictions.
The Organizer may introduce paid tickets, VIP experiences or other visitor products in the future. Any such products will be subject to their applicable terms, prices and conditions.
15. PROGRAMME & EXPO EXPERIENCES
The programme presented on EXPO27.com represents the Organizer's planned exhibition experience.
Programme times, speakers, demonstrations, competitions, entertainment, tours, networking activities and other experiences may change due to operational requirements, availability, safety, venue conditions or other circumstances.
The Organizer may add, remove, combine or reschedule programme elements where reasonably necessary.
16. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA
Photography, filming and other forms of media recording may take place at EXPO27 for documentation, news, marketing, promotional, educational and other legitimate purposes.
By attending the Expo, visitors and participants acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in general event photography or recordings.
Specific concerns regarding identifiable use may be raised with the Organizer where appropriate and subject to applicable law.
Exhibitors and sponsors remain responsible for obtaining any permissions required for their own employees, representatives, guests, products or materials.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
EXPO27, EXPO27.com, Thailand Advanced Technology Expo, related names, logos, visual identities, original artwork, illustrations, website designs, written content, videos, programme concepts and other original materials created by or for the Organizer are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, no person may reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the Organizer's protected materials without prior written permission.
Exhibitors and sponsors retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, products, materials and intellectual property.
By submitting materials to the Organizer for legitimate Expo purposes, an exhibitor or sponsor confirms that it has the necessary rights to provide those materials and grants the Organizer the permissions reasonably required to use them for the agreed exhibition, promotional and operational purposes.
18. ORIGINAL ARTWORK
A substantial body of original artwork and creative material has been developed specifically for EXPO27.
Artwork appearing on EXPO27.com, promotional material, booth concepts and related Expo materials remains the property of its respective rights holder and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission.
Where an exhibitor wishes to incorporate EXPO27 artwork or design elements into its own materials, prior written approval may be required.
19. WEBSITE CONTENT & DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION
EXPO27 is an actively developed exhibition project.
Information concerning the Expo, including projected attendance, exhibitor numbers, programme elements, services, technology categories, venue arrangements, visitor experiences and future digital experiences, may be updated as development progresses.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but does not guarantee that every website statement will remain unchanged.
20. COMMERCIAL RESULTS
The Organizer provides an exhibition platform and related services intended to create business, networking, promotional and other opportunities.
However, the Organizer does not guarantee any particular:
-
sales;
-
leads;
-
contracts;
-
investment;
-
business partnerships;
-
media coverage;
-
visitor numbers;
-
commercial return; or
-
financial result.
Commercial results depend on many factors outside the Organizer's control, including an exhibitor's products, pricing, representatives, preparation, market conditions and interaction with visitors.
21. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
EXPO27 may involve third-party venues, contractors, technology providers, payment providers, transport providers, accommodation providers, suppliers and other service providers.
Where third-party services are used, the applicable third party's own terms may also apply.
The Organizer will not be responsible for independent acts or omissions of third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. FORCE MAJEURE & UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS
The Organizer will not be liable for failure, delay or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These may include, without limitation:
-
natural disasters;
-
serious weather events;
-
fire;
-
epidemic or pandemic;
-
war;
-
terrorism;
-
civil disturbance;
-
government action;
-
changes in law;
-
transportation disruption;
-
major infrastructure failure;
-
venue closure;
-
utility failure; or
-
other circumstances making the planned event impossible or materially impractical.
The rights and obligations of the Organizer, exhibitors and sponsors following such circumstances will be determined under the applicable Booking or Sponsorship Agreement and applicable law.
23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or loss-of-profit damages arising from participation in or attendance at the Expo.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Specific liability, insurance and indemnification provisions applicable to exhibitors and sponsors may be contained in their individual agreements.
24. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION & SIGNATURES
The parties may communicate, submit applications, exchange documents, accept commercial terms and execute agreements electronically.
Electronic records, communications and signatures may be used where legally valid and appropriate.
The Organizer may retain electronic records relating to applications, agreements, payments and communications for legitimate business and legal purposes.
25. PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA
Siam Planner collects and processes personal information submitted through EXPO27 and related channels for purposes including:
-
handling applications;
-
communicating with exhibitors, sponsors and visitors;
-
managing registrations;
-
administering the Expo;
-
providing requested services;
-
processing transactions where applicable;
-
event administration;
-
security; and
-
legitimate marketing and communications where permitted.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Thai personal-data protection laws and the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should be reviewed separately before submitting personal information.
26. INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
EXPO27 may accept exhibitors, sponsors, partners and visitors from outside Thailand.
International participants are responsible for obtaining any visa, work authorization, import/export permission, licence, tax documentation or other authorization required for their own activities.
The Organizer may provide reasonable information or assistance where such services have been agreed, but does not guarantee that a participant will obtain any immigration, customs, licensing or governmental approval.
27. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and matters relating to the EXPO27 website and Expo participation are intended to be governed by the laws of Thailand, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and Thai law.
Where a specific Booking Agreement or Sponsorship Agreement contains its own dispute-resolution provision, that provision will apply to the relevant contractual relationship.
28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Organizer may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Expo, website, services, legal requirements or operational arrangements.
The latest version published on EXPO27.com will identify the applicable update date.
Changes to an already signed Booking Agreement or Sponsorship Agreement will not automatically override that agreement.
29. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These website Terms do not replace the individual Exhibitor Booking Agreement or Sponsorship Agreement. Those agreements contain the specific commercial terms applicable to each confirmed participant.
